We post a bounty
A task, an improvement, or a known issue worth solving, each with a fixed site-credit reward in GBP and, sometimes, a cap on the number of winners.
You submit evidence
Do the work, then link your pull request, issue or a short writeup from your console. No files to upload, just the proof. A bounty can have several winners.
We review and credit you
Accepted work earns site credit on your team straight away. It sits on your account and comes off a future invoice. No payout faff, no minimums.
